We are committed to protecting your privacy. TapMogul does not require account registration and does not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information to play the game.
Anonymous Player ID
When you first play TapMogul, Firebase Authentication assigns you an anonymous, randomly generated player ID. This ID is not linked to your name, email, or any real-world identity. It is used solely to save your game progress (Mogul Points, business tier, leaderboard position) across sessions.

We store the following game data in Google Firebase Firestore associated with your anonymous player ID:
Usage Data
We may collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and session duration through Google Analytics. This data is aggregated and anonymous — it cannot be used to identify you personally.
Prize Draw Winners
If you win a prize draw and choose to claim your prize, we will collect contact information (such as a PayPal address or mailing address) solely for the purpose of delivering your prize. This information is not retained beyond prize fulfillment.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
TapMogul displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to show you ads based on your interests and prior visits to other websites. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and its advertising practices.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting google.com/settings/ads or by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" on your mobile device.
TapMogul also offers optional rewarded video ads in exchange for in-game bonuses. Watching these ads is always voluntary — you will never be hard-blocked from game content for declining to watch an ad.

TapMogul is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
The prize draw system is open to participants aged 18 and older only, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
Your anonymous game data is retained as long as your player ID remains active. Because we use anonymous authentication, there is no account to delete — however, clearing your browser's local storage will remove your local game save. Your Firebase data (Mogul Points, tier, leaderboard) is associated with your anonymous ID only.
If you wish to request deletion of any data associated with a specific anonymous player ID, contact us at the email below and we will process your request within 30 days.
